ACG Hospice in South Carolina seeks a compassionate registered nurse for after-hours on-call coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. You’ll partner with the hospice team to ensure each patient and family receives high-quality, person-centered care during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
• Experience: 2+ years nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Required: Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs and sit/stand/bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
• Act as patient advocate and coordinate with patient/family and hospice team.
• Ensure quality, compassionate care aligned with the plan of care.
