Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with compassion.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care.
• Serve as patient advocate within the care team and family members.
• Coordinate with 24/7 triage department to ensure timely responses after hours.
