Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to provide on-call nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, ensuring comfort and safety for patients in their homes or facilities. You will be supported by our 24/7 triage team and local hospice staff.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, at least 2 years of clinical experience (hospice preferred), strong communication, and a commitment to compassionate care for patients and families facing life-limiting illness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.
• Willingness to work after-hours from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call hospice nursing care.
• Collaborate with the triage department and local hospice team.
• Advocate for patient comfort and quality of care.
• Document patient status and care plan updates.
