Agape Care Group is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN in South Carolina to provide compassionate nursing care after hours. You will work 5pm Friday through 8am Monday, acting as patient advocate and coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for high-quality care.
• Nurse graduates with an RN license and active state licensure.
• Ability to safely lift and transport patients as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work after-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours hospice nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with family and care team.
• Participate in plan of care discussions and ensure quality care.
