Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for after-hours coverage. This full-time role runs on-call from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by a 24/7 RN triage department and local hospice team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring quality care.
• Coordinate with the hospice care team and patient’s plan of care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during after-hours shifts.
