Job summary

Warren Transport Inc. in Iowa seeks an After Hours Fleet Manager to support core business functions outside normal hours, including CTPAT tracking, load planning, and building strong driver relationships to boost satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with safety, operations, and customer teams to ensure DOT compliance, monitor incidents, and communicate load changes while striving to meet KPI targets for efficiency and turnover.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CTPAT geofencing and escalates out-of-route alerts.
• Dispatches load information and communicates expectations to operators.
• Answers inbound contractor and customer communications.
• Tracks, traces, and reports positions and ETAs to customers.
• Plans available loads and trucks and covers broken down or uncovered loads.
• Maintains knowledge of DOT regulations for over-the-road drivers.
