Warren Transport Inc. in Iowa seeks an After Hours Fleet Manager to support core business functions outside normal hours, including CTPAT tracking, load planning, and building strong driver relationships to boost satisfaction and retention.
You will collaborate with safety, operations, and customer teams to ensure DOT compliance, monitor incidents, and communicate load changes while striving to meet KPI targets for efficiency and turnover.
The After Hours Fleet Manager is responsible for core business support functions outside of normal business hours, including CTPAT tracking and alert compliance, customer load tracking and status reporting, load planning, breakdown maintenance assistance, and managing and developing relationships with drivers to improve overall driver satisfaction and retention. The position works closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and safety initiatives.
Base salary starts at $42,500 annually, with performance incentives of up to $15,000 annually.

The essential functions of the role depend on in-person oversight, coaching, and real-time collaboration with management and operations staff. Remote work would remove the employee from direct supervision and eliminate the immediate coaching, escalation support, and call monitoring that the position requires. Because these functions are essential to the role, and remote work would not allow the employee to perform them effectively, working from home is not a reasonable or effective accommodation.
