Starlink is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Africa, to manage a book of enterprise reseller customers across Africa. You will drive growth by expanding usage, managing pricing, billing, activation, and logistics, and building strong commercial relationships.

You will coordinate with engineering, support, finance, and operations to remove barriers to growth, ensure renewals, and minimize churn while advancing strategic country-level priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or 6+ years in account management or a technical customer-facing role.
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with customer health and revenue accountability.
• 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Own Africa accounts from contract signature through onboarding and long-term growth.
• Hit revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, and payments.
• Maintain accurate internal records of account status, risk, and opportunity.
• Monitor contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing and logistics to prevent churn.
• Set clear expectations on timing and delivery with customers and partners.
• Develop account plans defining current state, healthy state, and next revenue steps.
• Identify expansion opportunities and new product uses.
• Lead leadership reviews linking Starlink performance to customer results.
• Incorporate customer feedback with engineering, finance, and operations to reduce errors.
