Starlink is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Africa to own a set of reseller accounts and drive growth. You will build strong commercial relationships, manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing support, and partner with engineering, finance, and operations to remove blockers.

The role requires experience managing a book of business, deep customer success knowledge, and strong communication in English. Willingness to travel within Africa and align with local time zones is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with revenue responsibility.
• Experience supporting customers on a technical product or service.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own Africa accounts from signature to onboarding, activation, and growth.
• Hit revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, and payments.
• Maintain up-to-date internal systems showing account status, risk and opportunity.
• Monitor contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, logistics, and customer health.
