Job summary

Navy Region Northwest Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Supervisory Embedded Integrated Prevention Coordinator to lead, supervise, and coordinate the afloat integrated prevention program, ensuring a proactive, high‑quality prevention workforce.

You will supervise up to fifteen staff, drive policy and program improvements, and collaborate with installation leadership to meet DoD and DON requirements across violence, suicide, and other prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising up to 15 staff.
• Knowledge of integrated primary prevention programs.
• Ability to communicate policy and guidance clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planning, coordination, and evaluation of embedded prevention activities.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision of staff and workflow.
• Coordinate with installation leadership to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.
