Job summary

Wayne State University seeks an Embedded Integrated Prevention Coordinator (EIPC) to support the Fleet and Family Support Center's training programs aboard Navy ships. This non-clinical trainer role focuses on prevention, resilience, and readiness for deployed sailors, delivering education across CAP, SAPR, WFL, and related programs.

• Experience delivering prevention- or resilience-related trainings.
• Ability to coordinate with command leadership and CRTs.
• Ability to craft and deliver evidence-based prevention programs.
• Experience evaluating program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates prevention trainings aboard deployed ships and at homeport.
• Develops prevention activities, goals, measures, and milestones.
• Performs program evaluation and data-informed reporting.
• Collaborates with DRC, FFSC and command leadership to plan workshops.
