Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI) is seeking a detail‑driven Leasing - Waiting List Coordinator to administer housing waiting lists for affordable communities and programs in Portland.

You will ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, handle intake, eligibility, updates and reporting, and deliver excellent service to applicants. You will join the Property Management Team, supporting certifications, leasing and resident services while maintaining confidential records and accurate data

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of admin, housing, property management, customer service or eligibility determination experience.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC or subsidized housing programs is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain housing waiting lists for multiple properties and programs.
• Coordinate marketing/outreach on PCRI website and social channels.
• Track eligible rents and utility allowances annually per state guidelines.
• Process and update housing applications per established policies.
• Monitor applicant status, priorities, and eligibility requirements.
• Update waiting lists and perform purge activities.
• Maintain confidential and accurate applicant records.
