Job summary

Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc (PCRI) is seeking a Recertification/Resident Coordinator to manage resident eligibility recertifications and coordinate unit inspections. This role serves as a liaison between residents and property management, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations.

The ideal candidate has administrative experience in housing and a working knowledge of affordable housing programs. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $23 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative, housing, property management, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with HUD, LIHTC, and subsidized housing programs is preferred.
• Experience in working within a non-profit organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage eligibility recertifications and coordinate unit inspections.
• Communicate deadlines and requirements to residents.
• Conduct interviews and verify household income and eligibility.
