Job summary

Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI) seeks a Compliance Manager to ensure real estate operations meet legal and regulatory standards. You will review tenant files for eligibility, support recertifications, and oversee compliance tasks across PCRI's housing portfolio and resident services programs.

You will coordinate with external partners, track timelines, prepare reports, and support audits to improve procedures and ensure program outputs align with funder requirements.

• - Ensure organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws.
• - Coordinate with legal process teams and track timelines for resident violations.
• - Ensure timely Annual Recertification of tenant incomes.
• - Manage affordable housing portfolio: tenant file reviews, audits, onsite file reviews, certifications, and input into management software.
• - Collaborate with HUD intermediary HomeFree - USA to meet program outputs and compliance.
• - Support reporting for scattered sites and contracts with City, State, HUD, and others.
• - Evaluate program processes and recommend improvements.
• - Address Fair Housing/Equal Opportunity questions and findings.
