Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Maryland is seeking an Affordable Housing Training Associate to join our Learning & Development team. You will bring expertise in affordable housing and property management to design and deliver engaging training across the organization, in virtual, in-person, and one-on-one settings.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in affordable property management or housing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affordable property management or housing.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience/certifications.
• Experience with property management software, Yardi Voyager Affordable preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to teams virtually and in-person.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support employees with affordable housing, property management, and community development knowledge.
• Help employees understand practices, processes, systems, and technical information.
• Design and deliver training programs for property management and community development.
• Share knowledge through presentations, guides, and learning resources for virtual, in-person, and one-on-one learning.
• Develop training and facilitation skills with support from the L&D team.
• Support blended learning including e-learning modules and webinars.
• Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and support organizational change.
