Job summary

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to lead the Affordable Housing portfolio across Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and surrounding areas.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive resident outcomes, and supervise a team while coordinating budgeting and reporting from the Long Beach main office. The role emphasizes transparent communication, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on oversight of property operations, maintenance, and income

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of experience in managing Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and/or Affordable Housing portfolios.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong leasing judgment and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, synthesizing multiple perspectives, and recommending practical solutions.
• Experience managing, scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance activities.
• Strong supervisory, personnel management, and team-development skills.
• Takes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
• Main point of contact for our property owners and property managers
• Supervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable Housing properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong resident outcomes.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.
• Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials.
• Accountable for maintaining the physical asset + performance of assigned properties.
• Directly supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets, etc.
• Oversee and monitor annual and ongoing income certifications, compliance deadlines, and program requirements.
• Making hiring decisions to ensure an employee is in the right seat.
• Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Location: Los Angeles & Long Beach, CA or Inland Empire area/ Palm Desert

Pay Rate: $85,000 to $100,000 per year + $5,000 of Auto allowance

Schedule: Full-time | 40 Hours per Week I Hybrid Position

Note: Properties are mostly located in San Bernardino County area but will be reporting directly to the main office in Long Beach area.

Additional Qualifications

• Yardi Voyager experience (Required)
• Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
• Affordable Housing Experience (5 Years)

This role requires reliable transportation, and travel needs may change as required.
