Job summary

JMC is seeking an assistant to support our tenant recertification process, collaborating with property managers on affordable housing tasks. You will handle on-site data collection and administrative duties to ensure compliant resident files and efficient operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with a pay range of $24.80–$31 USD. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered to support your growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative position.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to maintain resident files per policy.
• Working knowledge of affordable housing regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tenant recertification interviews.
• Assist with waitlist management and applicant processing.
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications.
• Support office staff with rent collection, phone handling, maintenance requests, and social activities.
