Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC certifications preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 voucher submissions and tax-credit programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations.
• Collect rent and other fees from residents.
• Address resident concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventive repairs.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets with regional/corporate teams.
• Manage site staff through hiring and training.
• Conduct regular property inspections and income verification.
• Ensure compliance with government housing programs.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
