Job summary

Boulder County Housing Department is seeking three Property Managers to oversee a portfolio of affordable and subsidized units, ensuring compliance and resident stability. The role works with Housing Operations, HCV/Compliance, and partner agencies to support successful tenancies and equitable housing.

This full-time, non-exempt position is based at multiple locations in Boulder County, with standard hours Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• 4 (four) years of relevant housing or program eligibility experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned properties comply with federal, state, local, and program regulations (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, ADA).
• Conduct inspections and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Identify maintenance, safety, and capital needs and coordinate with Maintenance and development teams.
• Support property performance tracking using updated systems and dashboards.
