Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in property management, affordable housing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Affordable housing or multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office, email, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and occupancy, resident relations, rent collection, financial records, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections with property staff.
• Prepare and review property reports and budgets with Regional Manager.
