Landsman Real Estate Services, Inc. in New York seeks an energetic Community Manager to lead our onsite team and oversee all site operations, with preference for affordable housing experience.

Five years in property/maintenance management, ARM/CMH, NYS Notary (within 6 months), and TRACS knowledge are required. The role supervises 3–6 staff, ensuring high-quality service, managing emergencies, and coordinating maintenance while promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years experience in property/maintenance management or related field.
• ARM or CMH certification; NYS Notary license within six months.
• Knowledge of TRACS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations and lead onsite team of 3–6 individuals.
• Supervise property management staff and ensure quality service.
