Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in property management, affordable housing, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of an assigned affordable housing community.
• Manage leasing and occupancy, resident relations, rent collection, and property administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely unit turns and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and housing program requirements.
• Prepare and review resident correspondence, notices, and required reporting.
