Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Cheney, WA seeks a Property Manager for day-to-day property operations under the Housing Director. You will oversee tenant certifications, rent collection, occupancy, and maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant certifications and re-certifications.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
• Maintain occupancy levels through marketing and timely unit turnover.
• Supervise property maintenance operations for safe, clean housing.
• Assist with HUD, Tax Credit, Rural Development audits and inspections.
