Archway Communities, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at an affordable housing community in the Denver area.

You will ensure safe, well-maintained properties, strong occupancy, resident relations, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role requires leadership, experience in property management or affordable housing, and proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to keep the property safe, well-maintained, and fully occupied.
• Maintain occupancy targets (98% occupancy).
• Manage resident relations and support community stability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Archway standards.
• Coordinate with cross-department teams (Maintenance, Compliance, Finance, Resident Services, and Asset Management).
• Lead unit turns and leasing processes with targeted timelines.
