Related Affordable seeks a skilled Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our affordable housing community in the United States. You will lead a team across leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs and delivering excellent resident services.

You will manage budgets, financials, and reporting, building strong resident relations and handling tenant matters with a proactive, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project‑Based Section 8, LIHTC, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, JD Edwards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and administrative tasks.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency processes.
• Maintain resident relations and handle tenant/landlord issues and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC).
• Oversee property maintenance and service quality.
• Develop and manage the property's budget.
• Prepare reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Take on special projects to enhance the community.
