Responsibilities

• Explain income restrictions, rental criteria, and application requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property and apartment tours.
• Process applications, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate applicant and resident files and compliance records.
• Follow up with prospects to convert qualified applicants into residents.
