Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Mathematical skills to calculate prorations.
• Apartment management and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the apartment community and amenities.
• Show apartments, tour prospects, close sales, process applications, and complete leases.
• Document prospect contacts and complete market surveys.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Assist in marketing, postings, and events.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Support resident retention and renewal program.
