Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking a leasing agent to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals at affordable properties. You will provide excellent customer service, conduct tours, and handle applications and rent processing under the supervision of the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes occupancy maintenance, resident interaction, and adherence to Fair Housing and company policies, with an on-site work environment and potential training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and may be required in some properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist community managers in maintaining occupancy at the affordable living community.
• Conduct tours and assist with renting apartments to meet occupancy goals; gather verification and process applications.
• Prepare move-in packets and ensure all move-in paperwork is completed correctly.
• Receive rent payments, post to resident accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide tours, interviews, and answer inquiries; maintain resident records and compliance with policies.
