Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the first contact for prospective residents at an on-site community in Cleveland and to maintain high occupancy by marketing available units and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

You will ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and local laws, process applications and income verifications, manage documents and reports, support marketing activities, and assist with move-ins, rent collections, and resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site property management or leasing experience required.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, Section 8) strongly preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
