Bridgeview Village Apartments in Charleston, SC is hiring a Leasing & Compliance Specialist to manage leasing processes and ensure program compliance for affordable housing.

The role involves interacting with prospective residents, maintaining records, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and staying current on HUD, LIHTC, and other regulations. Strong organizational skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, property management, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in property management, leasing, affordable housing, compliance, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, or other affordable housing programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present available apartments, amenities, and community features.
• Process rental applications and oversee leasing documents and move-ins/move-outs.
• Verify income, assets, and eligibility; maintain accurate resident files for compliance.
• Assist with annual/interim certifications and renewals; support audits and inspections.
