Job summary

Asset Living in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for our community. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions to close the sale: generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
