Pratum Companies in Pueblo, CO is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at an affordable housing community governed by HUD/Section 8 regulations. You'll lead the team to maintain full occupancy, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding resident service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in property management in affordable housing, HUD/Section 8 experience or certifications, and strong communication, data handling, and computer skills such as Outlook and

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of residential property management experience.
• Experience with HUD/Section 8 compliance and recertification.
• Certification related to HUD/Section 8 preferred (TCS, COS).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi/OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HUD/Section 8 compliance, certification, and recertification.
• Maintain property waiting list and data processing.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and resident information processing.
• Schedule recertification interviews and ensure completion.
• Assist manager with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Coordinate apartment inspections and work requests.
• Assist residents with inquiries and maintain files.
