Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support property operations, lead staff, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards. You will work under the community manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management required.
• At least two years of Project Based Section 8 experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of HUD rules and affordable housing recertification.
• COS or TCS Certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HUD management, occupancy reviews, and HUD REAC inspections.
• Supervise HUD recertifications and annual unit inspections.
• Oversee outreach, sales, and resident service to meet performance targets.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and expense control.
• Coordinate staff meetings and supervise employees.
