Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes studies related to assigned activities.
• Determines data gathering processes and analysis methods.
• Prepares and coordinates submission of grant applications.
• Performs technical/administrative tasks for grants and financial assistance.
• Develops departmental funding sources and project controls.
• Collaborates with management and staff to implement changes.
• Conducts legal research and legislative analysis of grants and funding.
• Represents department in meetings and coordinates budget development.
