Washington County's Department of Housing Services is seeking a Housing Development Coordinator to advance affordable housing development and manage investment portfolios.

You will identify properties for acquisition and new construction, oversee LIHTC partnerships, due diligence, financing, and reporting to boards and funders, while coordinating with multiple teams to deliver complex real estate projects for our residents.

Formación

• An Associate's Degree in a Health, Social Service, Business, or related field is required.
• Three years of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation, and/or contract administration; or five years total experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and develop properties for acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation and/or new construction, including investment properties.
• Support complex real estate transactions, including LIHTC partnerships and funding requests.
• Coordinate approvals and prepare reports for boards, funders, and investors.
