Job summary

Washington County seeks a Housing Development Coordinator to advance affordable housing and investment portfolios. You will identify and develop properties, manage complex transactions, and support equity investments and tax credit collaborations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Health, Social Service, Business, or related field and 3 years in program admin/contract admin. OR 5 years in program admin/contract admin.
• Experience with real estate transactions, financing, and predevelopment processes.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, Rural Development) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and develop properties for acquisition, preservation, rehab or new construction.
• Support multiple complex real estate transactions and LIHTC partnerships.
• Prepare funding requests and reports for boards, funders, and investors.
