Job summary

Clark County is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join the Community Housing Office. The role focuses on administering federal, state, and local grants and incentives that support affordable housing and services for unsheltered residents in Southern Nevada.

The successful candidate will bring grant administration or fiscal grants management experience, with a strong ability to interpret complex federal guidelines and apply them to programs. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year of professional experience in administrative, budgetary, operational, grant funding administration, or similar analyses.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct administrative, budgetary or studies related to the assigned activities.
• Coordinate and prepare federal, state, local and private grant applications.
• Perform technical and administrative tasks in support of grants and financial assistance awards.
• Track grant expenditures and maintain accurate records and files.
• Confer with management and staff; assist in implementing changes from studies and analyses.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and grant recommendations for regulatory agencies and funders.
