Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social sciences or related field; PLUS two (2) years progressively responsible experience in human services program planning, grant preparation and management or closely related field; OR any equivalent combination of training and/or experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates assigned program planning and development activities with supervisors, staff, other agencies, and organizations.
• Develops and conducts needs assessments and prepares comprehensive program plans, goals, and objectives, budgets and contract documents.
• Coordinates data collection and reporting requirements and analyzes data.
• Develops and negotiates contracts and service agreements; monitors contract compliance and evaluates subcontractor performance.
• Assists in development of program budgets; negotiates contracts with funding sources; monitors internal program budgets.
• Provides information and technical assistance to subcontractors; researches and prepares applications for funding.
• Provides staffing for advisory boards and committees; facilitates community groups to achieve goals.
• Keeps informed of regulations and guidelines related to program areas; conducts community education and training.
• Facilitates funding application processes and RFPs; works across divisions to meet client needs.
• Works across disciplines to meet department goals.
