Pioneer Human Services in Washington state seeks a Supportive Housing Specialist to empower housing stability and community reintegration. You will provide coaching, education, and skill-building aligned with individualized goals and SAMHSA evidence-based practices.

This role requires an AA degree, 2 years in behavioral health, and a driving license. You will collaborate with landlords and service partners, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Medicaid/SAMHSA guidelines.

Qualificações

• AA degree required or related field.
• 2 years’ experience with individuals who experience behavioral health challenges.
• Must obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within 7 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching, education, support, and skill-building related to individualized housing stability and community integration goals.
• Deliver services using SAMHSA Evidence-Based Practices that support the fidelity model for Supportive Housing.
• Maintain data systems and reports in compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
• Complete all clinical documentation no later than 24-48 hours after service.
