Job summary

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will prepare resident files for compliance review, coordinate collection of required forms, analyze files for completeness, and work with property teams to resolve items before submission to a Compliance Specialist for final review and approval.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify compliance concerns and evaluate options.
• Ability to interpret program requirements and apply them to routine situations.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of application and certification documents, including verifications and records.
• Analyze files for completeness and accuracy using program checklists.
• Submit complete packets to Compliance Specialist for final review.
• Monitor and track file status and outstanding items across systems.
• Advise property managers on missing documents and required corrections.
