• Minimum 2 years affordable housing compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tenant files and records, renew contracts, interims, and re-certifications.
• Determine eligibility for new admissions under financing programs.
• Process new applicants.
• Monitor EIV master binders for regulatory compliance.
• Review inspections and audits; assist with corrections and correspondence.
• Assist Compliance Manager in external entity reviews.
• Attend supervision and departmental meetings as scheduled.
• Participate in required company training.
