Job summary

Ahp Management Corp in Atlanta, GA seeks a Community Compliance Specialist for affordable housing and multifamily properties. You will oversee tenant certifications, audits, and reporting to meet Federal, State, and Local requirements.

You will work under the Director of Compliance and collaborate with onsite staff to ensure adherence to program guidelines, monitor files, prepare reports, and support training initiatives. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with experience in affordable housing or at least 2 years in the industry.
• HCCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and strong math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• OneSite or Yardi experience preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Initial Certifications and Re-Certifications/Renewals.
• Conduct random reviews of resident files for order and completeness.
• Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
• Assist with development of internal forms, policies, and training.
• Monitor deadlines for recertifications and related reporting.
