Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Coordinator responsible for ensuring adherence to state and local Affordable Housing regulations across communities. You will review reports, process income verifications, and coordinate with HUD/PHAs, TCAC, and other agencies.

Travel throughout the Peninsula is required with a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. The role offers hourly compensation and potential bonuses based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Affordable Housing Compliance, BMR file processing, and Microsoft Office required.
• Previous leasing or affordable housing re-leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, monitors, and ensures property compliance with all Affordable Housing Programs reporting and regulations.
• Works with Community Manager to prepare and distribute compliance reports to local agencies.
• Conducts property file audits and reviews procedures for housing programs.
• Identifies audit findings and communicates resolutions to the Community Manager.
• Reviews occupancy and recertification reports for accuracy and communicates findings.
