Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing program requirements. The role supports resident eligibility, recertifications, reporting, audits, and ongoing compliance while delivering excellent resident service and aiding operational excellence across the community.

The position requires attention to documentation, coordination with management and regulatory agencies, and proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or related programs.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing properties for audits, inspections, or monitoring visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident certifications and recertifications per LIHTC/HUD requirements.
• Review resident income, assets, and household composition for eligibility.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Prepare certification and recertification documents for approval and audit readiness.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and unit turnovers.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting.
