Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, Bond, TRUST, HUD, ADA, Fair Housing laws and regs.
• Ability to review and respond to compliance audits in a timely manner.
• Maintain ongoing updates on affordable housing programs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site file audits to verify program compliance.
• Assist with LIHTC, HOME and other reviews and recertifications.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on compliance policies.
