Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional certification a plus; if not certified, attend training within first 2 years and pass the exam.

Responsibilities

• Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance.
• Review files based on information presented by the applicants and ensure review within 24 hours of receiving.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth in the personnel manual.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implement modifications as indicated.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually; complete HCCP training within the first two years and pass the exam to receive the designation.
• Participate in all tax credit reviews by outside entities.
• Travel about 50% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business activities.
