Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• LIHTC familiarity or property management software experience.
• Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrates passion and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the property for guests according to procedures.
• Lease apartments and aggressively sell units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Assist with phone, data entry, and resident events.
• Conduct site tours and showcase amenities.
• Develop marketing campaigns and generate leads.
• Maintain inventory of available apartments and renewals.
• Renew leases and negotiate rent increases where appropriate.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Pre-qualifications and rental verifications per policy.
• Follow company policies in applicant screening and acceptance.
• Assist in move-in/out and inspect units.
