Ahp Management Corp. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager - Rover for an affordable housing apartment community in Atlanta, GA.

The role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, including leasing, accounting, resident relations, and enforcing income collection processes. Responsibilities cover rent posting, financial reporting, vendor processing, and maintaining compliant procedures while building positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Property management software and LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent payments and deposits daily.
• Update property management software daily for activity and profitability.
• Execute eviction and dispossessory procedures per policy and law.
• Prepare month-end financial reports per policy and GAAP.
• Process accounts payable according to SOPs.
• Handle resident files and invoices after inspections.
• Maintain positive resident relations to ensure a pleasant community.
• Field calls, provide information, pre-qualify prospects, show and lease units.
• Coordinate annual and interim recertifications and health inspections.
• Manage waiting lists and assist in leasing strategies.
