Fairfield Residential Weatherford is seeking an Affordable Community Manager to lead Cypress View Villas’ operations, financials, and LIHTC/HUD compliance. You’ll drive resident satisfaction, supervise a team, and ensure regulatory adherence on-site.

The role emphasizes budgeting, occupancy management, and collaboration with housing authorities; a strong background in LIHTC and fair housing is required, with on-site leadership in a multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Experience with HUD property inspections.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and IRS 8823/HUD 4350.3.
• Experience leading and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing staff.
• Manage property budget and financial performance; implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance and inspections; coordinate with authorities.
• Drive resident satisfaction through retention strategies and responsive service.
• Represent Fairfield professionally in all interactions.
