Fairfield Residential is seeking an Affordable Community Manager in Las Vegas to lead property operations, financial performance, and LIHTC/HUD compliance for Woodcreek Apartments. You will manage a team, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting experience, and knowledge of fair housing laws. A valid license and LIHTC experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience.
• Minimum of three years LIHTC experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
• Experience reading regulatory agreements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with budget development and financial reporting.
• Experience in preparing for REAC inspections (HUD properties).
• Experience leading a staff and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing property team.
• Own and manage the property's operational budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Oversee LIHTC/HUD compliance and inspections.
